use two stint with both stint using Full Wet/Intermediate tire

You won't be disqualified as long as it rains at any point during the race, only way you could be disqualified is if the track is wet but not raining, since the game only considers it a wet race when there is rain.


TL;DR:
If it rains, tyre rule doesnt apply
If it doesn't rain, even if wet, tyre rules do apply, use two SLICK compounds
