I am trying to re-new my subscription, as it expires on 9 September.

I try to proceed to payment.


When I click on it I am sent to the previous page.

Hi Blunion, this is happening because you have no products / subscriptions selected. The reason for that is that you can't purchase a subscription until your current one expires. If it is set to auto-renew then there will be no need to do anything.

Ah, okay. That response seems really familiar -- I forgot to search the forums in advance about a topic like this. I can now recall somebody else possibly having the same issue I just did.
