Can training be available every DAY, rather than race, as it would really keep everybody on the game in season breaks. Also leagues with only 3 races a week or something would be at a driver training disadvantage, though i do race in a daily racing league. Also, will there ever be any more DEPTH to training? So like it takes up driver health (if you arent doing physical) or there is a litttle interactive minigame where you have to train your drivers yourselves. Or a wait timer, because EVERYBODY loves those :)

Training, as with car design, is based on how many races the league runs per week.  I think both systems work properly in that regard (car development in an everyday league is much faster than a 3 per week league with less staff).  Everyday driver training isn't necessary.  It is only a disadvantage if you league hop to an everyday league, otherwise all the other teams you race with have the same parameters.

Can I please send my driver to the local taxi office to work on his communications & teamwork skills or even send him on cross country runs to improve his reflexes & endurance skills.
failing this can I use tokens/reward points for a quick fix with some these supplements :D

A few performance enhancing drugs wouldn't go a miss he needs something :P

Natural born racer.
If we can get a plus/minus 5 points to use on any skill you want for 500 reward/token points it be handy ;)

It should be really nice for developers to insert a model, that would make the PRACTICE more DEPTH. I can not eaven see the time when driving stints, nowhere does it say it needs the subscription. Lastly, how more in depth?

Giving you aprox. tyre usage - like 70% accuarete..

Giving fuel info

Then the disegner would make you suggestion's on what to upgrade for that race, what counts the most on the race, or where performance is really bad for the type of the race
This would really make the game FULL in all kind of aspect's.

I think by giving the manager approximate tyre usage it would require the developers to create the game's own, controlled weather system instead of sourcing it from Weather Underground. Well, it'd probably make it easier to implement if the game had its own weather system, I should say.

Disagree, running it off real life is cool.

weather is very hard to make, there is too many different types of wet for a start.

Light drizzle - dry tyres
drizzle - dry tyres
heavy drizzle - dry to inter depending how long it lasts might need wets then be back to inters & dry tyres again
light rain - inter to wet tyres
heavy rain - wet tyres
storm - wet tyres

I've mentioned what the internal weather system could be like before. I based my suggestion in the past on sourcing weather information from previous F1 races. For example, take note of all the dates at which F1 races have occurred in the past at Monaco, with those dates and the location, obtain as much information as possible on the weather of the race days, then come up with a code that randomizes the weather based on the averages of the race days' weather that was obtained. So if a certain track has been known to host F1 races under dry conditions more often than wet (overwhelmingly so), then rain will be a rare occurrence.

What's wrong with the current weather system? It works good enough for my taste. It gives different weather all year round which sounds logical as we are racing all year round. If it's just "go with the real F1" then you're pretty much stuck with the same old thing every time.

Well last race I watched when there was a drizzle of rain it wasn't falling hard enough to make the surface wet.
There was that much heat in track surface and car after car running over it. The racing line stayed dry the for the full race, it was just offline started getting wet. So yes I'm mad dry tyres in drizzle hehe
