I recently had an idea for a league. I’m just posting this to see how many people would be interested in an idea like this. If you would be inclined to join just put a little comment with your discord tag so I could invite you to the server.
Technically a 2-car league | 75% races at 2x speed | random 18 race calendar seasons | Race time at 3pm EST/8pm UK | all other rules to be voted on every season
10-16 People to serve as a team boss
(Only requirement to being a team boss is to have a minimum of level 18 account)
^^If there is a waiting list for team bosses, there will be a maximum of a 3 team swap. The bottom 3 teams will be dropped for the first 3 in the waiting list to be added.
Each team boss will select 2-3 other managers to race on there account with them in a snake draft format.
(1 member of the team is allowed to serve as a sub)
^^ adding on to this idea. Draft is only 2 rounds. The third member chosen will have to be signed. Any team bosses who elect to race themselves will loose there round 1 pick.
^^ no driver can have a multi season deal. You must be drafted/signed for the current season in order to race.
The drivers are NOT allowed to develop the car. Only the team boss is allowed to upgrade the car stats. Drivers are allowed to help in the form of suggestions.
If a driver and there team’s sub are not a able to attend a race, then they will be asked to start on SS tires with 10L of fuel. That way they have no interference with the race.
^^ In failure to acknowledge this, that driver will have to start on H tires for a race before the season ends.
^^ In the case that that it happens over 5 times in one season, that said driver will not be allowed to race in the next season.
