I currently still have my original doctor that you pay $1,000 for.

The reason I say this, is I'm not sure what the doctor does, if anything at all, and I'm not sure if a better doctor is something I should invest in.

I do know the importance of physical training and the doctor training, but does the level of the doctor really matter? If not, I'll save the thousands of dollars.

Dont really think there is any point changing an of those staff to be honest. Renewable 1K wage and they level up with you, and the levels don really matter anyway.
