Talent trumps everything and is untrainable.  An old talent 20 driver is always better than a younger driver with mediocre talent.  Even if it retires at the end of the season.  The other drivers are not worth having since their talents range from mediocre to poor.

With equal stamina and other stats, and weight currently disabled, the extra talent would be worth everything.
