Hi I’m quite new why can I not find any driver with over 5 talent in the transfers page?

You are only Level 5 at the moment so you won't be offered staff or drivers with a higher level than 5.

Low level drivers are more likely to also have a low Talent rating. This is not always the case, there are high talent, low level drivers out there but there are fewer of them.

Keep your eye open for an "Epic Driver" deal in the shop as you level up.
