in the game managers can change the aggressiveness of drivers and this impacts tire wear, engine wear, fuel consumption and tire temperature. could change that and put two options, one for rider aggressiveness affecting tire temperature and tire wear, and an option for engine aggressiveness affecting engine wear, fuel consumption and maybe even tire temperature already that on the straights is where they heat up the most. this would make the fuel and tire wear calculation more valuable and at the same time it could make managers more wrong as the fuel calculation would be much more important.
could also increase fuel consumption aggressively if you accept my suggestion.

I don’t see how a driver could go aggressive on engine but conservative on tyres. It’s both or none in my humble view

in many categories drivers can change the aggressiveness of the engines which makes them go faster on the straights without influencing the tires

Doesn’t make much sense to me.  The existing pl process is fine.

That is actually possible in most other racing management games - but those aren't simulation so I think we should stick with what we currently have
