I have only one question: Does the FP-consumption depend on the weather?
So far I believe it depend on it, but when I tried it today, i didn't notice many difference, so I beacame curious...
Thank, Barna

Yes and no. Fuel usage is dependent of push level and push level depends on track temperature. So yes it’s related but no not directly

Thanks for the info, but in my question I meant FP consumption...

Perhaps you could explain wht you mean by FP Consumption as to the reader it appears you are asking about fuel usage or consumption?

Free Practice (fuel) consumption gives you the reference on fuel consumption per lap. Also, the PL (Push Levels) impact on fuel consumption.

Thank you and relationship between fuel consumption in practice and races is obvious.  Since all free practice is done at neutral pl (i.e. 3) and race will be at differing pl levels I still believe that Antonio’s answer is the correct one. (Posted on another of my accounts)

So if I go a FP lap in the morning, noon, afternoon and evening at different temperatures and on a wet and dry track, will the FP (fuel) consumption be the same?

Yes. Within the bounds of the normal variances you see in free practice laps. You should always be given roughly the same value.

Only if your car has the same design points and the same car/engine health. A damaged car needs more fuel.
