Nelson Piquet is a former Formula One driver who retired in the early 90s.

He was playing tennis at the age of 11 because his father wanted him to do so. He was good in Brazil, but not good against the players he matched up against in the U.S.

His father didn't approve of his racing career, so when he started kart racing at the age of 14, he did it in complete secrecy by using his mother's maiden name while purposely misspelling it to keep his identity well hidden.

You know your situation best. I recommend reading this answer to a question that explains how to begin pursuing your goals to become an F1 driver:

If you are really passionate about this, you could do it in secrecy.

Do you know why you are not allowed to do karting?

Child, here's a valuable life lesson; stuff like karting is too expensive to constantly do, so in the immortal words of Jenson Button: 'Pick up a tennis racket or a football, it's technically better than going into an expensive sport with only 20 competitors which you probably wont be one of, and the rules dont change every time the sun rises.'

Yes because my parents can't take me

Seen it, done it, been there.

My brother was fairly good in karts and even won a few trophies in the UK about 25 years ago but it wasn't cheap to participate.  Our parents weren't very wealthly and he wasn't the fastest so there was no 'sugar daddy' sponsor to help pay for it all.  It lastest three years before he had to give it all up due to the cost and he is now a policeman.

I advise you find a friend who can secretly take you to a couple of cheap arrive-and-drive events at a local track and if you blitz the opposition you'll know you have the knack and you'll get the attention of the circuit owners.  If not then you can go and buy an X-Box and a copy of Forza and you will at least still have some money left in a few years time.

If it is solely because your parents cannot take you and not for financial reasons (it is extremely important to understand that even Karting is not cheap when you get into it heavily), then like Eric said, find if somebody can provide transportation for you. However it seems like if your parents cannot take you then there are no real, competitive, local karting tracks nearby. If this is the case, this complicates your situation more. Realistically, you will probably need to wait until you are able to drive and have a job (while also probably studying).
