Michelin tyre manufacturer is closing its Northern Ireland factory in the Ballymena area of the province.
They have been threatening to do this time and time again over the last 10years, I ask you all to start using Michelin tyres to keep me in a job and keep the factory open for another 10years. :D

Used to be a Peugeot car owner and did have Michelins. Switched to Toyota beginning of the year and now have Continentals which don't need changing anytime soon.
Guess me switching killed your job then. :D

I don't know what will happen to me when it closes, the thought of actually having to work at work & worse than that having to talk to the wife cause no longer sleeping in the day time worries me :D

hope everything turns out well. a goodyear factorys getting shut down near my area and thats been there for over 50 years
