It means your pit box was the before the Start/Finish line. it's completely normal :P

It's not confusing, you will know the next time you can carry less fuel because your pitting before the start/finish line :D

Not definitly.... Your pit position is based on your last season finish in the league iirc. The higher you finish the league this season the closer to the pit entrance you are (in most cases, but reveresed in some iirc!!).

So you might find yourself sitting in your pit box refueling when you thought you were taking a sneaky shortcut :P

If pit box is before line.
Start race as normal, Stint 2 -1 litre, Stint 3 -1 litre, last and final stint +1 litre.

It's not much but in a sport where every millisecond counts it can make a big impact :D
