How to share my offices between the different branches of my staff?

Hello everyone ;)

Ok, so since i've hit level 5, i've upgraded my Offices facility to max (200 staff positions).

However, i'm not sure how should many personnel should i hire for each branch of my team.

So basically, how many Designers, Marketers, Enginners and Mechanics should i hire?
I currently have 80 Designers, 8 Marketers, 35 Engs and 24 Mechs. That leaves 53 vacaant positions so far, but i can adjust any number, there's no income issue.

Any advice will be appreciated:)

Don't bother with Marketers just divide them between Engineers and Mechanics

It depends what kind of league u r in:
- 2 cars league needs more Eng and Mech cause u have to work on 2 cars
- daily racing league needs less designers, since every development step only needs few designers

So, you only need 34 enginers to start with anyway to replace all 1-car league parts  I'm not sure if you typo'ed or not, but anyway. If I am incorrect, I have never raced in a 1-car league (leagues run by subs with every day races and 2 cars sounds better to me) so I am not sure if it takes more mechs and engineers to replace stuff. What I do know is in a league with races every 3 days replacing every 3/4 parts every race requires a lot of designers. In fact I am not sure if you even can without the L8 stuff. So I would invest the rest into design. As for marketers, they mean absolutely nothing so take them down to 1, particuarly as by now you should have 1.5M sponsors. If you really want an extra penny, put that 1 on a peice of merch and that's it. All spare, shove on design, as I said.
