Components Quality Tip?

Ok, very quick question:

How do i increase my Maximum Performance mark of my Designed Components? When i started out it was... 74 % or 76%, i belive. Now it's 82%. Although i'm not sure, i think it has to do with how much you train your Designers-mine are currently at lvl 4/20. Just want a confirmation or correct answer.

its a mixture of what lvl your designers are AND your lead designers lvl.

Aha.. so let's say that i have lvl 20 Designers. Which lvl Chief Des. do i need to max (100%) that component quality?

I may be wrong but the Chief Designers level doesn't seem to matter long as they have 20 experience you will get 100% building capacity.

Well, i have to wait and see. I wanted to max out my Eng/Mec department first, so the Des are only Lvl 4 now. 16 races to go until i can tell you :P

On the design page does it say Maximum Performance: 100%
Having Test rig & Wind tunnel increases the percentage of development to improvements
someone without them may only get 10% on new parts where as someone with them might get 18%
all depends on the starting percentage
example
61% = increase of 12%
81% = increase of 9%

better keep this real or someone might complain I cheating lol
61% = 9%
81% = 4%

Chief Designer's report (24 Nov 2015)
This season performance: Sidepods (+9%), Front wing (+4%), Rear wing (+9%), Underbody (+9%)

Next season performance: Sidepods (+2%), Front wing (+2%), Rear wing (+2%), Underbody (+2%)

Might have a dog of a car but it has good front end it be easier to steer :D

coned part after tonight's race is underbody to improve handling even more :)
