I had an idea for one thing that I don't like about employees contracts, its so easy, we can fire then without consequences in any moment, we just need to have replacement. I think that when we lay off employees, we should pay them severance pay as we pay when we want to fire them when they want to retire.

Cool idea but it doesn't add anything extra to the game, I've got 200m in game cash doing nothing, it would just add an unnecessary pointless steps, especially as most managers have hundreds of millions
