What did you try to do?
I completed the Pro league to 16 teams & after season end and promotion I withdrew a team.
Now I've found that the teams didn't move to Elite league.
What happened instead?
No promotion

The promotion didn't happen as only 15 teams participated and finished the season. This suggests that the 16th team was either moved too late into the league and couldn't join the last race as it participated already in another race in the last 24 hours, moved in after race start, or it did join but was removed too soon before the season was wrapped up properly.
I'll flag this thread for support anyway as they can tell exactly what happened and can decide on this basis if manual promotion is possible.

Hi and thank you.
Joining and leaving were in acceptable times. And it showed 4 teams would promote.
But the team didn't participate in the last race because it raced before hours.
The point is there's no rule deny promotion for not participating.

Hello,
Frank is right in his message. That's why the promotion didn't take place. However, I've promoted the accounts so the teams are not affected by this small human error.
