tribute to f1 tm

f1 tm is another game i play and has been struggleing to survive for the past months.now its been announced that it will shut down on friday. i made this to pay tribute to a very small community that has gone through thick and thin. goodbye f1 tm 2005-2016.

we spend a good part of our lives in that game. it was really a shit corporate political move by FOM to force it to shut down. 

yep. but in the end david gave up.....im guessing the ask for the shutdown took a massive toll on him.....

it wasn't an "ask" but rather a demand to cease or desist. 

and yes DA gave up....he just simply folded. he could have passed it on, we could have changed things a bit and kept it running.

What happened to F1TM...I helped out with minor graphics in the beginning but when life got busy I stopped playing.

Always found it a pretty good game although the first major update broke some of the mechanics for me personally. Still, always sad when games die...
...but it seems there were some shady things going on.

Anyone care to fill me in?

its sad as only a few days before the end was announced 2 players came and said how good it was. if it kept going we could have had a fairy tale story. @erik i wasnt there long only there for about a year i think. nothing big happened. although v.r was considering giving the MJL to another person. and that in december david got an unwelcome chistmas present with a demand to shut down the game he managd for 10 years!have i mentioned v.r is trying to make a new f1 manager.
