Problems with buying a pilot.

Good afternoon, I tried to buy the pilot from the shortlist, and clicked the buy now button. My tokens were written off and the pilot appeared at the auction. I have already bought it at auction. But the description says that I had to immediately buy the pilot without bidding. Did everything work as it should or did I lose my tokens?
