So all my drivers are 14/15 BMI and red in colour.
What does this mean I take it its bad, but how do I improve it if that's the case ?

Train stamina to 30, then you'll see it increase. Or alternatively, bin them off and buy better, it's much quicker. BMI green is the optimal
