I have recently seen and heard that people change suppliers for certain tracks so I was wandering if anyone were to let me in on the trick... and tell me what suppliers are best for certain races?

I have been changing between beep and elves in the last two months, but found no clear advantage of either one. I don't think fuel suppliers have much effect on race pace. I am using Murk and Elves right now (one of the most fuel-consuming combination you can get), and this means I'm slower at the beginning of the stints due to heavier fuel but faster near the end of the stints because I have more power. I do this only because I am hoping to break lap records lol

If only I knew. :)
But yes there are some who do change but haven't encountered many so far and personaly I don't bother figuring it out. Also difficult to judge if it's the supplier that makes the advantage when going in the lead sometimes or it's just down to having the better car, drivers or the luck of starting in front.
Personaly I still prefer Murk/Elves. It may drink like hell but it gives bang for bucks. :)

But me thinks Donelots haz the goodest tyres. They haz "done lots" for me. :)

Agree, also like Donelots. :)

After several tests and some mistakes I can say top suppliers are well balanced and pretty equal with some tiny differences.
For fuel, there is no big differences between Elves & Beep. Using the second one can help you by lowering your fuel per lap but also removes a little performance, so it makes almost no difference.
Tyres are more interesting and rely on your strategy. Some are better in long stints where others do their best in the first laps but then drop in performance faster due to higher tyre wear. And like everybody says those tyres "done lots" for me in the past ;)
Last but not least : the Engines. Top 3 are pretty similar with some slight differences.
Murk is the most commonly used and the best in qualifying, it suffers a little in the first laps but is faster when there is less laps to go.
Tifosi is used by a good amount of managers and seems to be a little better in these first laps but then drops a little as compared to the first one and is a little slower in qualifying.
Rednote is the less used, it is good in all situations with no weakness during the race but one before : slower in qualifying.
I can also say some tracks can tighten the field, making an engine a little closer during qualifying and/or race. Temperature and tyre compound are also to take into account as some engines like to be pushed more than others.
