CD not arriving

At the end of each transfer cycle the CD stays in there and hasn’t arrived to my team yet.

CD has finally been removed from the transfer list, but isn’t part of my team. I haven’t been refunded the token

Is their anyway I can get the CD rather thn being refunded, I’ve spent some time on this app hoping I get a decent CD, would rather have the CD thn tokens
