Support haven't offered a manual promotion service for a few years. The best way to do this is to enter a few bots in the Pro tier and at the end of the current season Lee will be promoted.
If you create new accounts yes, but there are members of the community who have some spare Pro tier accounts. Your problem is that you compete in a one-car league and there are so few teams in your Pro tier. I think you're going to need 11 bot accounts.
