Hello,
I have been playing IGP since around 2012,
I have been in my current league since 2016
I have not really cared about experience or Levels since I reached level 20 years ago.
Most of the people who have been in my league for years all turned level 21 the day the update came out. I am still stuck at level 20 and have 4 or 5 races to go before becoming lvl 21, we run once a week currently.
Is there a way to see if everything is ok? Have I been receiving the experience I was supposed to? How would I even go about checking?
(Just did a quick check, I have done more races then any of the other driver in my league that automatically leveled up to 21, in some cases by hundreds)

Hi Vincent.
I've not been playing quite as long as you, I've been playing since Jan 2015 so a relative newbie! It does seem odd that you are only L20. First of all I thought it might be because half of your races were completed in the old "Browser Only" game (before Aug 2016) and maybe the XP gains were lower in that version.
But then I noticed David has also been playing the game since 2012 which kind of blows that theory out of the water.
Anyway, I will flag this for investigation.

I will confirm, that Tram should be level 21.
He reached level 20 before me and should of been level 21 at the same time as everyone else. Upon the patch day, every level 20 that finished the experience bar at level 20 and hit 'Max' had leveled up to 21. Tram for some reason has not. Can we please normalize his Experience with the rest of the league of those at level 21?

Hello Vincent,
I have assigned you level 21 experience and several extra experience points. Having said that, I would like to clarify that we have no evidence to prove that there was a mistake in the experience calculation, but neither do we have evidence to prove the opposite. That's why we appreciate that you are such a veteran player and have decided to make this exception.

I can definitely vouch he should be level 21. He was level 20 before I was.
