Seems strange

My wife and I are in same league for last three races we have had exactly same suppliers, same level managers only difference is I have level 13 driver she has a 10 both have similar attributes hers better in a few areas.
She has a 15% better car then me.
All season she hasn't come close to me she won 2 races 1 I let her win and the other she managed the rain better then me.
Every other race she can't get within 12 sec of me normally 20+ in a 50% race.

Seems odd when she has as good or better then me in every area bar 3 point skill of driver she can't even get close on some occassions.

Some attributes have a bigger impact on speed than others, that could be playing a part. Also how is your tyre and KERS management comparing? Not to mention strategy. There are many factors that could create such a gap.
