Can anyone give some actual confirmation (not people guessing….) on any of these questions please….?

1 - does a driver 188cm tall, 88kg, with a green BMI of 25.0, perform exactly the same as a driver 167cm tall, 65kg, with a green BMI of 19?

2 - if a driver is 30 stamina, 88kg, and BMI hits green - does weight reduction stop when training physical?  Or will weight continue to reduce as long as BMI stays green?

3 - has driver weight been switched back on?

4 - Wet weather overtaking seems to have taken a step back…..  have the improvements made to it been removed? It seems to have gone back to 2 updates ago.

5 - what effect do the special abilities actually have?   They don’t seem to make  that much difference?

I still reckon those with a lower BMI are faster.
Just from what I've seen, a skill 20 has won the last two races against my skill 25s .
His bmi green 18
Mine bmi 25 green ?

2. Weight will stop reducing when BMI becomes green.

3. Driver weight is off.

The original poster asked for confirmation, not speculation.

As was explained to you in your other thread about BMI there are too many variables at play when comparing your drivers against others in your league.

Your drivers not trained to the same level as your competitors in Driving and Mental attributes, you don't know how their cars are designed and people's race management also plays an important part in the results.

Your last race was wet and more often than not in a wet race the results are determined by qualifying.

I'm not saying you're definitely wrong (I don't know) but you have insufficient data to say for certain that lower BMI is faster. What I do know is that Jack says sub-optimal BMI affects stamina. Green is optimal so the value shouldn't matter.

Kevin no need to be sarky mate,  I was just putting information in on what I had seen.
I thought a forum was a place to chat freely not to be ridiculed at every turn.

I wasn't being sarky and wasn't ridiculing you. Yes the forum is the right place to discuss such issues freely and you did just that in this thread... https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/53122

But the original poster said:

6. When you hit level 30, and can change the weakness of the engine (if you’re a supplier), will this come at a cost per track? If so, whats the cost in engine points to amend the weakness?

1. No.
2. Weight stops reducing.
3. No.
4. Improvements were not removed but wet tyre wear was updated.
5. Effect is exactly as stated in the name of the ability and they do make a lot of difference.
