Hi, I don't know if this kind of question belongs in this forum but I'm unsure whether or not it's convenient to sign better drivers and staff members as I level up and the current drivers get worse(currently I'm at level 6 and gain a level every 2/3 races).

Personally I would wait a while because the rate at which you level up will slow down.
The most important attribute for a driver is talent because it is not trainable. Keep a lookout for one with high talent and you won't need to replace them for a long time because you can train everything else. If you are prepared to spend a small amount of real money, grab the "Epic Driver" deal when it is offered to you.
Staff are not trainable so you will need to replace them but I would wait until you are not levelling up so quickly. Most Rookie and Pro tiers are pretty inactive so you should be able to progress through these with low level staff.
