This patcher adds race.igpmanager.com and igpmanager.com to your trusted sites in Java quickly, with just a few clicks.

Before you begin, ensure Firefox with the Java web plugin is installed on your computer. This patcher works on works on Win 7/8/8.1/10 operating systems, but if you encounter any problems you can manually perform the patch by following the instructions in this thread.

Now, to enable the applet to run in Firefox:

Download the iGP Manager patcher file

Extract the archive and run 'igp.cmd'

If Windows smartscreen appears, click More Info > Run anyway

You should now be able to access the Java viewer applet using Firefox with the Java browser plugin
Note: This is only necessary for a few more weeks. Very soon we will be releasing the new iGP Manager which uses WebGL and does not use Java or browser plugins. Stay tuned to the developer blog on igpmanager.com for the latest updates.

Closed beta testing of the new game has been ongoing for over two weeks now, we've completed a whole season and started our second.

We're starting open beta testing (anyone can try it) later this month. Provided we don't find too many bugs in open beta testing, the new iGP Manager will be launched to igpmanager.com in just a few weeks, yep.

Yes, the new WebGL iGP Manager race viewer runs in all browsers with no plugins or anything required, it just loads up straight away. Tested in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and even on some tablet browsers. However, we won't recommend playing in the browser on a tablet, since we'll be releasing a native application for phone/browser support after the web launch.

I honestly see nothing wrong with the internet exploiter browser it's handy for cheating :D
works well using Cheat Engine app for adding tokens, coins, ignots, and cash to facebook games. :P

It is also something Jack will have to make sure he blocks from working in the new version ;)

Paul Gale - It is safe & it has nothing to do with the start up of your computer.
Install and run AdwCleaner on your system. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
Please read the AdwCleaner Usage Instructions found on the download page above and don't just dive in & run the programme. There are some things in options you may want to do too.

btw Java control panel can be found in Control Panel \ Programs on your computer

Something else is causing your problem. The script is provided for convenience. All it does is append "http://race.igpmanager.com" and "http://www.igpmanager.com" to the Java Exception Site List file (Path: %userprofile%\\AppData\\LocalLow\\Sun\Java\\Deployment\\security\\exception.sites)

What operating system are you using? The script works only for Windows 7/8/8.1/10. For other operating systems you can add the sites manually. Instructions are here.

I have access to a Mac on Mondays and Wednesdays in the morning, if nobody can provide a solution here, I could see how to get the viewer going again.

:D if you read Ricky Marcangelo post and click on the blue here link you can manually do it.

I hope you guys got it working. Unfortunately the automatic patching script is Winodws only. As James said you can click here and scroll down to find his guide for setting it up on Mac (thanks James!). Let me know if you have any problems.

The current situation is far from ideal; Java in the browser is becoming more and more niche and difficult to work with (Only Firefox supports it now). Thankfully Java will no longer be a requirement in the new and improved iGP. If your browser supports WebGL, the new viewer should work; there are no plugins that need to be downloaded :). Another benefit of this is that the new viewer works on Linux and other previously unsupported platforms :)

As Ricky said, the new iGP Manager will resolve all of these problems so we're focusing all of our energy on that and getting it released.

The open beta will begin next week, and the live launch shouldn't be long after that.
