first of all im level 15 and the headquaters also level 15 is there by any chance they will sell 30 tal driver or no.. because currently higher i get is 22 talent. abd how much does 30 talent coin cost?

About chance I'm lacking experience, but if there is one it'd be very low. Extrapolating from data before the update a low but to work with chance would be starting with level 18, but since scouting is no costs anymore making a habit to check every two days might yield a hit and does no harm.

The cost to promote a talent 30 into the team is 70 token and 3 million in cash.
