If we want realistic racing, it's time to drop the super-soft tyre compound. F1 have only three compounds, and we should have the same.

If anything, drop the hards. And F1 has 5 dry compounds, there are only 3 you can use over one weekend. Plus this isn’t a F1 simulation game.
