What did you try to do?
I try to start a race, through either the main menu or the League tab.

What happened instead?
The game starts the 3D races client or the 2D races web browser tab then freezes on a certain percentages of 'loading track resources', and never loads. I have waited up to 30 minutes, tried between two different PCs and my phone and the problem persists

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
Both

What is the model of your device?
Alcatel 5031 (Android)
Lenovo 81W0 (Windows 10)
Metabox N950TP (Windows 10)

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Android 11

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 10

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, neither worked

Can the bug be reproduced?
Not as far as I know. Nobody else in my league is having this issue, despite me clearing my cache, using multiple devices and browsers and attempting from multiple locations and connections. I was unable to attend any races in the previous season of my league, and only raced in the first three races of our current season before the mysterious issue continually struck again. It's a running joke in our league that my account has somehow been blacklisted from iGP...

Hey Jeb,

Thanks for reaching out for your issue. The specifications from the first two devices aren't the minimum requested to run the game, definitely you're using some old version.

About the third device, could you make sure that you don't have any RAM cap put in place? Additionally share more data as browser, browser version, etc.

Thank you!
