After special abilities were added, I saw all different rarities on drivers. But only common on mine. So, I was wondering if and how does rarity change on drivers. Is it trainable?

You can open the driver profile, tap on edit, then change the ability as well as its rarity for a certain amount of tokens.

No its not trainable I'm afraid when you edit a driver you can pick the rarity of the trait but will cost you more coins to do this.
