Hello everyone!

I think there was already conversation about it, but I'd suggest (again) to display the special ability in the youth academy as it's solved to display the strengh and the weakness at the Chief Designers, because this way it's just your luck if you get a dirver with special ability, and it's not so good in a manager game I think...
