Nothing, it is not the first time i got no progress.

I have the most problems with young divers from my headquater. They make a lot of progress when i train them becaus of the Level difference. But in 30%-50% of the cases i got nothing.
Zusätzlicher Kommentar:
When i train divers from the market i think the Problem is less then 10%.
My League has the same problem

Hello Jan, there's some trouble reproducing this. Between us volunteers it happens a lot, too, but trying to catch on screengrab and driver after driver just trained perfectly. Some information would be helpful. Does it only happen to drivers with green BMI? Also, since your group of drivers seems to trigger it often, does it happen if you train drivers with green BMI and others yet to finish weight training in seperate groups?

It was often for the first driver i got from my own hq and i had never any Problems like this before.
Bmi wasn't green but i don't got weight or stamina. It Just happend when i train "Physical". Since i choose "driving abillity" everything is fine.
In my opinion i had more problems when i train him on 10x because he made a lot of progress (in one step +4-5). When i train him on 1x it was working every time
One more thing to know.
It also wasn't shown any progress (normally It's shown like:)
+1 fast corners
+1 slow corners
+1 attacking
When i See the +1 next to my Training progress He was trained all the time
