As the developers have scaled managers max levels, drivers and headquarters to 30 should not max design points be scaled as well to 300? I mean as we can get at max of 30 design points every race a car will reach its limit faster than before, am I wrong ?
Research will prevent that from happening. You’re level 19, and, as a result get 43% research bonus. But, as you get higher level, your research decreases, all the way to 10% at level 30. So while, yes, you’d get 30 design points per race, the lack of research would not allow you to get to a maxed out car any faster than it is now.
