wird screen with the launcher

I got the newest Apple MacBook m2 and installed the launcher.
but when I'm opening it it appears a weird screen with the writhing log files not writeable and then two big red buttons with close or continue but whatever I press I will get kicked out of the launcher.
am I the only one with this problem or does someone has an solution?
