Hello, I purchased 180 Tokens for £14.99 at 18:34 UK Time today, its been nearly an hour and still the tokens have not been uploaded, the payment in my bank account is pending and the amount has been taken out yet I have not had my 180 tokens uploaded.
It is still showing up pending in my AppStore account too and i dont know why. Like i said the money has left my account and is pending but thats normal yet still no upload.

Hey Hakan, as I told you via DM:
Please submit a request for assistance by visiting the Help page at the bottom of the side menu in your iGP Manager account and opening the Help & Support tab. Please provide the receipt(s) you received via e-mail from Google Play or Apple in your request so we may award the Tokens manually.

Apologies this has never happened before and just found the help tab on my Iphone and submitted it.
