I have two questions, 1) there will be an update where league admins can decide before next season instead of putting either 5 laps or 25%, 50%-75%-100% admins can decide how many laps to go can will the players be able to ride in every race? example, the administrator can choose to decide whether in each track can run or 25,40,60,70,85,90 or 100 laps in the settings league? 2) the administrator will be able to decide whether to raise instead of 2 players can he choose to raise and promote at least 3 or 4 players in each season always in settings league? Thank you

TBH, I think your suggestion of host deciding laps is very unlikely to be implemented. Tyre wear is scaled to race distance so currently requires only four different wear rates to cover all race distances. Your suggestion would require a re-work of tyres at the very least.

Regarding the league host selecting the number of teams who get promoted or relegated. First of all this is open to exploitation but more importantly it does nothing to address the failings of the current tier system which is in need of a total rethink, probably more so since the levels update.

for the players they can not only make more laps to go or take on more fuel,in Monaco i would like a race with 80 laps to go, sometimes in some tracks i want make races like 90 or 100 laps to go, but we can make more pit stops and the strategies in the races with more laps can diversify or vary the strategies, the current tires are fine, only that I would like some races like Monaco, Singapore, or Austria, Monza we could choose to extend the races

Yes, players can adapt their strategies, but the game balance might break with certain custom race lengths and this can be a bit of a problem. Of course the chosen custom length can be chosen to be blamed but from my experience in gaming some players won't accept that and expect balance in any given setting. So a bit of a difficult decision as race customability would be nice feature still.

A real life example of going for more of the current amount of laps was Australia, just after the 3d upgrade.  That race became a boring procession after a while.  It turned out that your qualification position would be within 5 places either side of your finishing position.  Basically,  that unintentional experiment for longer race distances failed imo

Maybe a 32 car Quick Race distance league would be interesting.  But everything else should stay the same as far as I am concerned.

I Have notice in the past in some races from the 50-60-70s of Formula 1 and they had races with 80-90 or more than 100 laps, for example the Watkins Glen race in the USA where Jim Clark won, it was a 110 laps in the race, I saw that it can be taken on cars. more than 190 liters of fuel in the game.., or we can races at 110-130 or 150%
you can ask to Jack Basford or José Trujilo if it is possible there will be an update like this in the future?

Some F1 races in those times were semi endurance races that lasted 4 hours or more.  Or the track lengths were shorter than the average and still lasted 3 hours or more.  Most people, even when taking for the scaling of 2x speed races, would not have the time for that sort of race time duration.  Not saying that it would not be interesting in how boring and how much of a procession such races would be in Igp Manager.

Also, may I please advise you that this is not just an F1 management game.  It is an overreaching formulas management game.

What may be interesting, though, as a one off for those whom want to do an endurance race, is maybe to set Le Mans up in here and allow a 6-8 hour duration race on 24 heures de Le Mans day.
Do that for 20 servers over 4 race times with a 64 team entry and you can have 80 winners at Le Mans each year...
