Hello, for some reason I can't go to my race when it starts and I also can't view any races in any other leagues, is there a fix for this?

Sorry that you can't attend your races.
I have a few questions just to develop this report for the development team to investigate.
• Have you cleared cache to see if that solves the issue?
• Are you trying to load races on the app or on the web?
- If the app, which OS are you using? (Android/Apple etc)
• What are the specifications of the device you are trying to use? (in particular amount of RAM)

Hello, I tried clearing the cache, I am loading the races on the app (on my old phone had no problems at all), I am on android 13, on a pixel 6a, 6gb ram .
