After testing one of my drivers says the setup is perfect.

My other Driver wanter more tyre pressure and slightly higher gear ratios. He is happy with the but unhappy with front and rear wing despite it being the same as the other drivers.

Is their a perfect setup for all drivers at the race or will my second driver be faster on his own slight imperfect setup than on the other drivers setup?

I was under the impression that each driver is fastest when they feedback "feels good" for all aspects.
I might be wrong

Setups are related to driver attributes.

I think you should let them have the setup they want. At least that's what I have been doing for many, many races.

Actual and hidden eg. seemingly identical drivers will not want identical setups.

Spot on for you Dean, however there can be occasional exceptions eg. My no 2 driver Moss always wants ride height about 8-10 above his TM, where if I reduce that down by about 3-5 he tends to be closer to his pace.

Actually attributes consist of percentages (100) instead of integers (20), so even if it shows 19 that can be 95% or 99% making a +/- 1 diff for rear wing or +/- 3 diff for braking in my case.
