Hi there,
In my last league, resetting car stats was not permitted but I wasn't sure what this meant, what the benefits were or how it was done. Not something I intend to do.
However, recently had the experience of a competitor leaving the league (a), joining a different league(b) then rejoining the original league (a).
If the above is a reset, does this diminish the negative CD development characteristics? Why do some leagues not permit this? What are the advantages?
Again, not something I intend to do.
Thank you
Doing this changes car design for the new season from a to b:
a) what it was = based on last seasons active cd’s (strenght, weakness, star rating) and TD (star rating)
b) to be = only based on the cd and TD at moment of league entry
People do this for all sort of reasons, one for example beeing you leveled up during last season. That means your cd at the time was 4,5 star relative to your current level. So you would have a 4,5 star start of season design. If you reset with a 5 star cd, you’ll get a 5 star start of season design
Or having multiple cd’s last season. That gives a mixed design for new season. If you don’t want that, you can rejoin, the new design will only take the active cd into account
Mind you, this only works in between seasons, if you rejoin once season has started, your car will be much weaker in design
