What did you try to do?
I tried to heal my driver's from Training section, but didn't manage to heal them just before the time before next race went to 10 mins.
What happened instead?
The drivers weren't healed because it was in the time 10 mins before the race started (when the strategy locks), but I still lost the tokens.

Probably, maybe if someone else tries to heal their drivers just before the race starts
Additional comments:
I don't know exactly how many tokens I lost, but if it helps, both drivers had about 30-35 health remaining before healing.
