Young talents with stats

Maybe this post has been here already but i want to know if it is possible to see the stats for young talants in the youth academie. This would be very helpful because now you buy a young talent, which are quite expensive, but you cant see his stats. For instance, if you want a driver with the ability of qualification you cant see this. Also you cant see how far he is in his development, would be nice also. This is a question that comes from a lot of us, because just like in the real Formule 1 you dont buy drivers blindly ?.

Talent is the only stat that really matters, in the grand scheme of things. Everything else can be trained.

Thats a part of it i do understand but it would be helpful to know his special abilities and to see if he has and rarity and what that would be. For instance if i can buy a young driver and i could see that he has the special ability of qualification i wouldnt want him. So for this it would be very helpful, for the others you are right ?.
