it would be extremely better and save our pockets if the igp returned to immediate purchase for 3 tokens.
even more so at this time when it is difficult to find pilots wle good employees, without having to modify with an absurd 50 tokens. 

my suggestion is that you lower the cost of tokens (9) to a slightly lower value maybe (5) for immediate purchase of pilot/employees in the market.
