Who else thinks that the DRS button should be removed since you can not actually use it manually. I believe it should not be there as some managers maybe confused and wonder if the game is broken and will just complain on the forums. I just think it would be better if it wasn't there

It' lights up to show that it is in use. What they should do is remove the use of manual KERS so that it too is just there for show, so the driver is the only person that can use it. The better the driver the better his use and management of it.

Yeah I guess the kers button would also get a bit boring after a while. but I still think that DRS button should be gone

A really bad idea imo, when and how you use kers is a major part of the overall strategy for those attending a race.

A top driver knows when and where to use it without being told. The drivers have Knowledge & Experience ratings ;)

I think the kers button should stay optional
although I think it should be automatically set to driver control.
Also i'm not to sure about it not being there is a bad idea, I just think it would be too much of a quick fix to the problem...

I completed 21laps in beta & the drivers never once used kers themselves. So burnt it out for them since they didn't want it lol

Drivers in beta will only use KERS if you are not live managing. That means, the moment you close the viewer window during the race...boom, rage-KERS.

If you aren't live managing, drivers begin controlling their KERS. If you are live managing, that is disabled automatically.
