Why is so little XP gained/loss in the pro and elite tiers?  Makes the reputation system completely pointless.

Yeah... In Pro league I was only getting 1 point per race.

It\'s because we are on much smaller grids. Though I think the effect is too steep / harsh, I will look in to revising the calculation.

In my opinion reputation system should be something like ELO rating system for chess which gives/takes points depending on the rating of your opponents. It shouldn\'t have anything to do with the number of people you are racing against. But that\'s just my opinion...

Now I moved to pro tier and if I'm on pole and win with a 1-2, I get no XP change, but if less then that, then I'm getting negative. this needs revising IMO, reputation is something that can be lost and found quickly, and if max is 10k, it should be way more dynamic.

Looks like Jack just made this change to the rules. So its a start!

"Jack
Added bullet to 4.3 Manager XP: 
Reputation & Tiers - Relative to the Rookie tier, any positive Reputation XP gains are 25% greater in the Pro tier and 50% greater in the Elite tier. Negative XP is calculated on the same scale in all tiers.


Although, whats 25% greater than zero? :)
