New daily reward system

I think player that log-in everyday to play the game should be rewarded more and for longer. This could really help the game grow and could be more satisfying for every player.

Actually the daily reward really sucks, it doesn't matter if you reclaim it or not. It's like 20xp at the beginning which is nothing, and it doesn't matter if you login for something 10, or 20 days consecutives, the game will reset the daily reward after the 5th day which is absolutely crazy in my opinion.

Daily reward should be up to 30 days, and the 30th day should give something really good, something like: 10 tokens, or even a good pilot, good staff, etc...
