¿Qué has intentado hacer?
I tried to buy a pilot in quick buy for 9 tokens,

¿Qué es lo que ocurrió?
I did, but the game didn't give me the pilot. And in my account they took the 9 tokens.

Please can you elaborate. You can't "Buy Now" for 3 tokens. Did you place a bid during an auction and when did this happen?

In which case, please create a new bug report giving as much detail as possible such as to the dates the incidents happened, how many tokens you lost on each occasion and whether you were using a mobile app or a browser.

It seemed like a one day incident to me because now everything is working. I also managed to get the driver i wanted so its not that big of a deal now.
