Tall or short driver?

After nerf of height impact in a race,short driver are better than tall driver?

I'm sorry to say that I think only the developers themselves know this (and I have doubts).
The rest of us are guessing.
There are so many parameters mixed up that in the end even the highest talent or being tallest in height is not better. What I think will make your driver better is that he has the highest possible overall level, I dare say regardless of height.

Driver height was turned off over a year ago.  In fact it was only active for a couple of months at most.  Height makes no difference nor does weight as both have been replaced BMI.
