Cant go in to race??

If you have not downloaded the patch, do so by downloading it from this link:

Once you have downloaded it you need to make sure firefox is not blocking any plugins...
this should fix your problems!

Also remember to instal that Java plugin

what do you mean "the patcher is not working"?
Do you mean it will not open or it opens, you did all the steps but the race still doesn't  work

Did you also remember to make sure no plugins are blocked because this is important.

By that do you mean the zip file or the actual patch?
Because the Patch should open just by double clicking it

Do you use winzip to open it?

Forget about the Patch and do it yourself manually in the Java Control Panel in the Security tab, Sites http://race.igpmanager.com and http://www.igpmanager.com can be added to the Exception Site List.

That's the way it is, once you get the security prompts, accept and run the two of them and Java will run.
If you are not seeing the prompts hit restore prompts in java.




If you see this wee red box in the browser. Click on it and select allow now or allow and remember. To enable the Java plugin in the browser.


If it still don't work after all that then I suggest you get a mate to call around and do it for you or just wait for the new iGP

Use the restore security prompts in java. You have the latest java installed Update 101?

Benjamin, have you tried uninstalling Java and reinstalling it again?

If not, try that. Then, add the iGP domain names to the Exception Site List again.

Spectating race once your white screen comes up press Ctrl+F5

If that doesn't work go to History Ctrl+H
Type igpmanager.com in the history search box
Right click on anything in the list and select forget about this site

Now login and try view a race again

Well ain't that a pain in the ass....I am wondering what the issue is.

Clean your history and it will work by the sounds of it.

I'm guessing you clicked the box at the bottom of the security prompt at one time.

it could be worse the new game beta live race dont work at all lol
