allow the manager to manually decide what value of the pilot or employee to be auctioned or sold.

It is logical that the same form should be included for the pilots' salary.

it's absurd what happens now, weak pilots, inexperienced passing 1M salary.

my point of view: not everything that is automatic is a 10 and not worth it.

The flaw I see with that is that a manager could sell a driver for an absurd amount, and buy it with another account to make the selling account rich. It's too much of an exploit for it to be added.
